Sam is the Managing Director of Powerhouse Loan Processing, which was established in 2021 after recognising the growing need for brokers to receive assistance with loan processing. With over 10 years’ experience in the finance industry and with a Diploma of Finance in Mortgage Broking, Sam is dedicated to helping brokers streamline their operations and grow their business. Her passion lies in providing personalised loan processing solutions, and she value’s teamwork, clear communication, and attention to detail. By nurturing strong relationships with brokers and their clients, she ensures smooth, efficient processes that achieve financial goals while delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

MICHAELA GRIMA

Michaela is a Senior Loan Processor at Powerhouse Loan Processing and has been with the team since November 2021, bringing a diverse background in law and retail customer service. She has a passion for helping others and takes immense pride in assisting brokers and their clients through the loan settlement process. Michaela’s commitment to delivering exceptional service ensures that every transaction is handled with care and attention to detail, resulting in smooth and successful outcomes for everyone involved.

CRYSTAL LEARY

Crystal is a Communications and Administration Officer at Powerhouse Loan Processing and has been with the team since March 2022, with a background in childcare. Her soft-spoken tone and patience make her a natural when communicating with banks. Crystal’s tenacity and attention to detail are unmatched, and she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that clients’ loans settle on time.
